That's why we implemented multi-level educational program for training our clients.
The first training level means that client read carefully manuals and technical descriptions by NeoSoft, learn online lessons and have some practice with the system. In this period he will collect some questions and suggestions and became ready to improve his knowledge.
On this level client can perform basic operations with the system
The second training level means that client regulary visit our courses and seminaries, take part in technical forums and became able to make special system tunings and implement unical methods of operation in order to achieve maximum system's performance
On this level client became extended system's operator.
The third training level means that client passes special courses and will be able to make fault detection procedures and organize in other countries training centres for the technical specialists, working with the system.
On this level client became NeoSoft superviser in regions
All NeoSoft dealers and regional presenters must pass all three levels of education and have NeoSoft certificate.
Individual and group trainings
NeoSoft corporation make it possible to organize individual and group trainings for our clients. Contents and duration of courses in this case will be planned according to the demands and wishes of our customers. Moreover, we are offering general courses on the following topics:
